2/12/23 – Growing Strong in Faith and Action

Do you ever wonder about the balance between faith as opposed to the requirements of the Law? For example, we are saved by grace through faith, yet, Jesus says, “I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God’s law will disappear until its purpose is achieved.” (Mt 5:18) This Sunday in 10:30 worship we talk about that. The kids perform on their cajóns during the service, and two people join the church. I hope you will attend in support of all of them!

Sunday School is at 9:15 with classes for all ages. Upcoming events include a special service of thanks to Pastor Ginger on Saturday evening February 18, 7:00 p.m. The community is invited. Her last sermon takes place on Sunday February 19th. Also, plan to sign up this Sunday for the Wednesday night Lent Bible study so that your study book, The Way, by Adam Hamilton, can be ordered.
