12/18/22 – Five Women of Faith
Who are the people of faith who have influenced you? Many people want to believe God and follow God’s promises. Many of us strive to live by faith. When you get discouraged, who is it that encourages you? After all, everyone needs a mentor; everyone’s faith needs to be built up. Who is that person for you? We are looking at important women in the Bible to learn from them. Both women–and men!–can learn from them too.
Sunday see the friendships that have occurred in the Bible to help women of faith get through to the promises of God without giving up. Sarah, Ruth, Esther, Elizabeth, and Mary. They received plenty of support. This week we learn how we might reach out and receive or give the same thing to someone else. Sunday School takes place at 9:15 for all ages and Worship at 10:30. Following is a POTLUCK DINNER in the Fellowship Hall. If you have not paid for your winning auction prize and picked it up, you may do so Sunday. I can’t wait to see you!
