June 5, 2011 – Living Between the Dust and the Divine

Christians believe that we belong to God. And, believers experience God. This has actually been going on for centuries – all the way back to the ancient Hebrews, God’s people who really have a head start on us in understanding the need for praise and worship. Yet in a busy, secular society we may be inclined to miss the joy of it.

One way to NOT miss the experience is to actually worship. That’s why God’s people go to church, when things are both good – and falling to pieces. In worship we are lifted out of everyday life and given a vision of things divine. It’s such a wonderful boost each week! Come and join in.
