3/20/22 – The Humble Ride to Victory

What character traits do you value? What do you want to instill in your children? What do you think will help a person get along in the world successfully? We all believe in certain aspects of character that are truly assets–perhaps it is being able to bring a sense of levity to the conversation, putting others at ease. Maybe you think willingness to compromise matters the most. Or, could it be persistence or optimism or generosity or self-discipline? 

God values one such character trait and Jesus expressed it again and again during his ministry on earth. Can you guess what it is? It may not seem possible but it was a necessity for Jesus’ victory. Read the Scripture and you will be able to figure it out. Sunday School is at 9:15 for all ages, and worship at 10:30. Following worship join us for a potluck luncheon. Consider inviting someone.
