9/3/20 – The First Wedding

Are you old enough to remember “Love will Keep Us Together” by Captain & Tennille? What about “Love is a Many Splendored Thing” by Andy Williams? Now that’s going way back! Then there’s Paul Stookey’s “Wedding Song.” All three of these songs will be sung by the choir on Sunday to celebrate the first in a new series on marriage. Called “The Honeymoon’s Not Over,” the series is designed for both singles and married couples. It is based on the book The Meaning of Marriage by Dr. Timothy Keller.

Pastor Ginger says, “I have learned more about marriage since my husband passed away in July than ever before.” She will be sharing some of those insights with us during the series. Sunday she preaches about the very first wedding. COMMUNION will be served. We hope you will join us in person or online at 10:30! Protocols to keep you safe will be followed, so remember to bring your mask.
