Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho, It’s Off to Work I Go

Series: 2 Thessalonians

Topic: Work

Did you ever have a mentor, pastor, parent, or friend who was blatantly honest with you about something? Someone who was straightforward and honest, such that you listened? To listen to unsolicited advice is often hard! But if it comes from someone who you trust, who loves you, respects you, and wants the best for you, doesn’t that make all the difference?

Paul was honest with his church at Thessalonica. A number of them had quit working. With time on their hands, they were meddling in the affairs of others. That’s the nice way to say it. They were busybodies! Paul took them on. It’s a great topic and relevant to any age. I hope you will join me!
