5/13/18 – Jesus and You: The Light of the World

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! We are all grateful for mothers, even though you may not have one currently.  Look around. There are many women who take on character traits as found in Proverbs 31–virtuous qualities of a woman who seeks to serve. Jesus talks about people who follow him, both men and women. He calls them people who walk in the light. These people spread Jesus’ light and it lights the world. We’ll look at some examples during worship.

Also during worship our young children sing. They will practice at 9:15 during Sunday School. If your second grade and younger child would like to participate, be at Sunday School to learn the song. Come to worship and these children will bless you! I can’t wait to hear them–and see you!
